Movie Post

  • They do a lot of over the shoulder shots.
  • He celebrated with himself after finishing his book.
  • The setting of the movie is somewhere in the artic region.
  • the main character of the movie is James Caan.
  • Paul was driving and the road was slippery and he could hardly see.
  • He drived off the road.
  • Annie Wilkes is a pretty big person on how she picks paul up.
  • The Director uses a lot of close -up shots to show how bad paul looks.
  • His legs looks disgusting and the movie does a follow the part when paul tries to look at his legs but he can't because he badly injured.
  • Why doesn't the director ever show his feet?
  • There is a little difference in the movie because in the book, Anne Wilkes was actually surprised to see that the man she saved was Paul sheldon. in the movie she says that she was really following him and she knew where he stayed at.
  • There is a lot of jump cuts between paul and anne.
  • I htink she is crazy because she has a pig and called misery after paul's book.
  • this is the part of the movie when anne figures out the misery is dead and she is going crazy.
  • The director zooms into Annie Wilkes face when she says "if i die then yoou die" to show some kind of emphases.
  • why is the camera on the ground when paul decideds to escape?
  • overall i think this is a good movie and follows the book well but there are some part that are a little off.
